Carnival Brewery – American Whip

Carnival have been mega excited about this album launch beer – working alongside the brilliant Joy Zipper and our favourite record label, Past Night From Glasgow. 

American Whip is the second album by the New York dream-pop duo Joy Zipper released in 2003. Praised for its “charming melodies, heart-melting harmonies and hazy lo-fi guitars” forming “an intoxicating alt-pop nectar,” the album contains 12 of the most seductive four-minute tracks you’ll hear on one album.

This beer is based on our delicious Happy Cowshake Lemon Meringue IPA, a zesty and creamy IPA brewed with milk sugar, loads of oats for a silky body and a heady dry hop of Motueka to give it added zinggg. 

Best enjoyed listening to American Whip.
