Carnival BRewery – We Are Diamonds

We are Diamonds is a juicy, super hazy, orange-tinged IPA with notes of papaya, orange pulp, tropical fruit punch with a slight bitterness and long, lingering slightly sweet finish.

We have brewed this slightly differently to previous iterations and changed the quantity of oats, yeast and mash profile to ensure maximum fruitiness. We have used Citra and Amarillo in equal quantities and added some Ekuanot for some earthy hop funk. 

Diamonds has also been given a brand new tailored suit to celebrate the Diamonds in life. Maximum prizes if you can guess who any of our characters are. Design by Bobby P.
