Carnival Brewery & Hafla Hafla – Pom Sour

Hafla Hafla serve up some of the finest Middle Eastern-inspired cuisine in the city of Liverpool. 

Carnival have worked with them to brew a beer that complements their fantastic menu – introducing our Pomegranate sour, Pom Sour.

Brewed with a mix of lager malt and wheat malt and fermented with Sour Hour yeast to drop the pH level and bring the beer up to 5.0%. Pomegranate juice was added towards the end of fermentation to give the beer a rounded, fruity and tart flavour.
