Square Root Soda – Ginger Beer

Ginger Beer is one of the original carbonated drinks, created to stimulate the palate.? Ginger beer was the very first drinks Square Roots made in their own kitchen, to sell at local farmers’ markets.

They press root ginger for a bright, clean taste and steep what?s left to release the natural spicy flavours. Then they add freshly squeezed lemon juice, and blend with four different types of dark and light sugars to give a complex and unique flavour. It’s still got less sugar than most of it’s kind!
