Rosemary might not sound like a likely match for intensely mature Italian cheese, but you’d be wrong!

The full bodied cheesiness of Crunchy Snacking Cheese is perfectly complemented by the delicious, piney notes of chopped rosemary added just before baking. Too much and things get a little herbal, but too little and the Quattrocento cheese takes over, so we’ve found the perfect balance to ensure both cheese and rosemary not only stand out but work beautifully together. Perfect with a refreshing citrus IPA!

It’s made with microbial rennet so it’s suitable for vegetarians and it’s gluten and lactose free too.
