In 1920, Louis Dupont, an agronomist, was considering purchasing a farm in Canada. To dissuade him, his father Alfred Dupont bought the farm-brewery-Rimaux Deridder dating from 1759. This brewery was famous for its beer production and speciality honey beer.
The Saison Dupont is a coppery blonde beer, with aromas of fine hops, with marked bitterness, dry and very refreshing as it was originally. Coppery blond, the finest aromas and a strong bitterness transform this beer into a thirst-quencher with no equal, just the way it was created. Our selection of yeasts is the perfect base for these typical aromas and ditto taste. A real refermentation in the bottle, which will continue for a long time in your cellar, result into this complex and particular aromatic beer.
Celebrated and probably brought to the fore by Micheal Jackson, the esteemed beer writer.

Rustic saison experimenting with logs added in the coolship to bring aged oak depth. Tart and dry leading to ripe umami and citrus pith, with a light barnyard funk. Voila – log beer.

Santo is a distinctly Siren lager. Our take on the style is full of American hops, working in harmony to offer subtle tropical fruit notes and bright citrus flavours. It pours with a delicate haze and a striking aroma. Saintly fresh, but devilishly drinkable

The brewery straddles the Belgian/Dutch border so during Nazi occupation the Germans observed proper protocol and only occupied the bits of the brewery in Belgian territory! This Trappist ale comes from Belgium’s newest monastic brewery. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head and a taste of grassy fruits. Great lacing but low carbonation with a full body that makes it exceptionally well-rated in respected beer review sites. This really is a fine example of Belgian beer majesty

An amber coloured wheat beer, brewed according to traditional and well-honed procedures utilising select ingredients. This beer receives its easy quaffability and its delicate spicy taste from its fermentation, up to full maturity, in bottles and its careful storage within Augustiner's own ripening vaults.

The Roman Empire had a certain ‘je ne sais quoi’ - festive food culture, extravagant architecture and spectacular live entertainment.
Some might argue the Emperors were brutal, mad and hungry for power, and the people vain when taking baths and working out all day.
Listen - that’s still all part of the secret Imperial ingredient - keep it cool, clean, confident, arrogant and flamboyant.
