Carnival x Desert Island Dumplings

Haze Der is our new collaboration brew with our pal Lucy from the awesome Desert Island Dumplings.

Brewed originally as a tasting room only small-batch to celebrate Desert Island Dumplings’ first birthday, it got such awesome feedback we brewed a full batch.

Haze Der is an opaque, yellow in colour American-style IPA brewed with a great whack of delicious toasted coconut and pineapple puree, fermented with Voss Kveik, dry-hopped with Citra and then rested on Lost Dock’s Stout Cask Rum.

It’s totally tropical and totally moreish. Ya know da!
