Pollys Brew Co – Motueka – DDH IPA

As we’re closing out the year that was 2021 (and what a year it was!), we wanted to make a trio of beers celebrating each respective branch of the brewery’s favourite hop varietal. Team Warehouse have been enchanted by relative newcomer to the Polly’s family Motueka this year, with the facilitation warriors digging how well the noble hop lively and zesty lemon and lime characteristics work off the intense tropical punchbowl of new school stone fruit notes. A beer that balances that fine line between DDH flavour intensity, and smashable pint sinkability; perfect for supping after a long day making people’s beery dreams come true!
