DEYA’s mastery of hop and haze and our fanatical focus on funk has led to this – a citrus-infused sour foeder-aged IPA. Dry-hopped with Citra and infused with grapefruit zest, it fuses modern hop-flavour with traditional wood-aeing, split by the complexity of Brettanomyces and our house sour culture. As comrades in collaboration, we have produced a beer balancing citrus and lactic acidity with crushable hop-sessionability.
