We put double the amount of cocoa nibs per litre than we?ve ever used on any of our beers before, added a touch of fudge and stuffed it into a big, fat imperial stout that we?ve been aging in bourbon barrels for over a year. If you melted down the world?s most chocolate-y cake and made a beer of it, it would probably taste something like this? but with a very sensible 12.1% ABV.
