GIPSY HILL – Blisco Dash
Blisco Dash is a Kveik Pale Ale. The Voss yeast strain has been cranking esters through ramped fermentation and cast out temps.
On top of that it’s been loaded with classic Cascade and Hallertau Blanc & Melon hotside for full on pine, floral and sweet-fruit top notes, before being blasted with Idaho 7 in the dry-hop for that tropical kick.
Goes well with getting lost and sweet fresh air.
