Donzoko Brewing – Indie Graft

It?s STRANGE TIMES at the moment. One of the heartening things to come out of the pandemic has been people?s embracement of independant buisnesses. We all have small, family run stores and producers in our community that have stayed open and grafted through the pandemic. This beer, indie graft, is a collaboration with over 40 of those indie beer stores.

Available exclusively though them is Indie GRAFT. A Belgian inspired pale ale, dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin. We used local Buckweat, Spelt and pilsner malt, fermenting with a blend of beaujolais wine yeast and saison yeast. its crisp, bitter, and full of the vinous white wine flavours associated with nelson sauvin. perfect for kicking back after a days graft.
