Bungo Brew Co – Amarillo Smash

A series of 3 beers brewed to showcase the hop varieties Apollo, Hallertau-Mittelfruh, and Amarillo. These pale ales are all unique thanks to the choice of hops. The base recipe remained the same, using a simple grist of pale malt, and an English yeast strain.
