Beak Brewery – Queue

Indy Man Beer Con is taking a year off and we’ll miss everything about Bottle Monkey’s favourite beer festival.

This beer is a tribute to Indy Man and everythign about it even the Queue.

A citrusy 5% session pale brewed with Azacca, Simcoe and Amarillo.  Pithy, lemony a sherbet-y delight designed for steady sipping.

Hops: Azacca, Amarillo, Simcoe.
Yeast: London Fog.
Grains: Maris Otter, oats, Caragold.
