In 1920, Louis Dupont, an agronomist, was considering purchasing a farm in Canada. To dissuade him, his father Alfred Dupont bought the farm-brewery-Rimaux Deridder dating from 1759. This brewery was famous for its beer production and speciality honey beer.
The Saison Dupont is a coppery blonde beer, with aromas of fine hops, with marked bitterness, dry and very refreshing as it was originally. Coppery blond, the finest aromas and a strong bitterness transform this beer into a thirst-quencher with no equal, just the way it was created. Our selection of yeasts is the perfect base for these typical aromas and ditto taste. A real refermentation in the bottle, which will continue for a long time in your cellar, result into this complex and particular aromatic beer.

De Ranke XX Bitter is a very weighty beer, aggressively brewed to be the hoppiest in Belgium. Not for those with more delicate palates! This doubly extra bitter beer is strong and well, bitter, as the name promises. It is made with pale pilsner malt and gets a lot of its punch from a great deal of hops, in particular brewers gold and hallertau hops. Don't be afraid of the bitter style. This beer goes exceptionally well with food, and while this is an acquired taste, it quickly becomes addictive!
De Ranke Simplex is a Kolsch style Belgian blond with a fruity aroma but a clean, crisp body.
This gluten-free lager lacks nothing but gluten. It?s full flavoured and biscuit like all good lagers should be, with a crisp, refreshing finish. It also happens to be Fair Trade and organic, so it is a beer truly anyone can enjoy.
This is the definitive example of a Belgian wit beer. Unfiltered and brewed with 40% wheat, the beer has a mellow, hazy light yellow body and a luxuriant snow white head. The coriander and orange peel in the beer are obvious in both the aroma and taste, lending the beer a spicy, zesty edge. It?s exceptionally thirst quenching, especially when the temperature begins to rise in summer.
What do we want? Ale! When do we want it? About 5 o?clock on a Friday afternoon! So cryeth the people of Brussels. And De la Senne were more than happy to oblige by brewing Zinne Bir, so called the Brussels People?s Ale. Malty, citrussy, with subtle hints of hay and spices, this is definitely a Friday afternoon celebration beer!
