Swoon – Carnival

Maple Swoon is our imperial American Brown Ale, which we originally brewed back in July 2020. The keg only Maple Swoon was an absolute smash and we locked away enough of the original batch in two wet Jim Beam bourbon barrels for ageing. 12 months into the ageing process we added Canadian maple syrup and recently we brewed a new batch of Swoon. We blended the barrel-aged and fresh Swoons together, added more syrup and now we are proud and excited to release our most audacious beer to date.

Available in 330ml cans, this delicious and pungent brown ale has a luscious chocolate biscuit flavours, with a hint of maple and warming oaky bourbon flavours.
