In 1920, Louis Dupont, an agronomist, was considering purchasing a farm in Canada. To dissuade him, his father Alfred Dupont bought the farm-brewery-Rimaux Deridder dating from 1759. This brewery was famous for its beer production and speciality honey beer.

The Saison Dupont is a coppery blonde beer, with aromas of fine hops, with marked bitterness, dry and very refreshing as it was originally. Coppery blond, the finest aromas and a strong bitterness transform this beer into a thirst-quencher with no equal, just the way it was created. Our selection of yeasts is the perfect base for these typical aromas and ditto taste. A real refermentation in the bottle, which will continue for a long time in your cellar, result into this complex and particular aromatic beer.

A slightly sweet peach lambic beer made in the traditional Belgian style by the Lindemans family. Lambic beers are fermented using wild yeasts in the air and aged in oak barrels for years to give a sour tart flavour. For this beer, peaches are then added to give the beer a pleasant, aromatic sweetness that offsets the sour base before a pleasing and refreshing tart finish.

And De la Senne were more than happy to oblige by brewing Zinne Bir, so called the Brussels People?s Ale. Malty, citrussy, with subtle hints of hay and spices, this is definitely a Friday afternoon celebration beer!

Clwb Tropica? the liberal use of American hops has lead to one hell of a juicy flavour, mango, pineapple, peach, passionfruit, grapefruit, it?s all in there! The candied fruit taste is counteracted by a little bitterness, just to remind you that it?s not fruit juice.

Four different tropical fruits pair with plenty of new world hops.

Mandarin and grapefruit peel were used in the kettle and Guava and Mango added to produce this softly tropical pale ale.

Stone fruit aromas of guava and mango and a strong hoppy finish.

A classic English bitter: copper coloured, well balanced, malty flavours and a smooth bitter finish.

Using British grown Fuggles hops for subtle flavours, enhanced with a touch of Columbus and Bobek.

Light, bright and laid back, Atlantis is a 4.1% soft and crushable pale ale.

Made with American Mosaic and Citra hops and Australian Galaxy hops, Atlantis sings with vibrant pithy grapefruit and crushed pine needle aroma and bursts with sweet blueberry and fleshy pineapple flavour, all rounded off with a satisfying bitter finish that keeps you coming back for more.
